Il Comitato Salute e Ambiente di Ospitaletto comunica che ha promosso l’iniziatita “UNA CARTOLINA CONTRO BOSCO STELLA”.
L’iniziativa prosegue l’azione di sensibilizzazione e mobilitazione che abbiamo voluto intensificare da giugno di quest’anno quando abbiamo organizzato la biciclettata ecologica presso la cava di Bosco Stella e che รจ continuata il 22 ottobre con l’incontro pubblico a cui hanno partecipato i quattro Sindaci dei Municipalities of Castlewellan, Ospitaletto, Paderno Franciacorta and Passirano which was followed by the meeting of the Lombardy Region on November 17 between the four mayors and the coordinator of the Committee with the Chairman of the Environment Committee of the Lombardy Region Frosio Joshua.
were printed thousands of postcards that will be submitted for signature by the citizens of Ospitaletto, Castlewellan, Paderno Franciacorta and Passirano, collected and deposited in the Lombardy Region that will be presented at a hearing requested by the Committee at the Environment Committee, chaired by Joshua Frosio with which has already been meeting the above together with the four mayors of the municipalities concerned and which concluded that the process authorization of the new landfill and is proceeding at an advanced stage.
The aim is to inform and raise awareness of Ospitaletto Castegnato Paderno Franciacorta and Passirano, about the real risk of opening a new landfill, the Stella Forest, bordering the North-East with our municipal area only 200 meters from 'village of Ospitaletto, adjacent to the existing landfill Bosco saddle on which the ASM had signed an agreement in 1985 for "extension to the Convention on landfill Bosco Sella until 31/12/1988, with a commitment to EXCLUDE IN THE FUTURE AND FOREVER, THE AREA TO BE SIMILAR SETTLEMENTS "landfill, which was made partly in the complete absence of due protection.
Regarding Ospitaletto, we asked the availability of a collection station in Piazza Roma for Sunday, December 19th and Market Square on Thursday, December 23, while for the other municipalities will communicate the dates soon.
We strongly believe that public participation is an important and effective action against such recent teaching experiences common to us near and far and that is why we invite everyone to bring their contribution: groups and associations, families, parents, children, elderly, women, men, youths and adults and those who care about health and the environment.
