Orientamenti pratici per la determinazione delle esposizioni sporadiche e di debole intensità (ESEDI) all'amianto nell'ambito delle attività previste dall'art.249 commi 2 e 4, del D.lgs 9 aprile 2008, n.81 come modificato e integrato dal D.lgs. 3 agosto 2009, n. 106. Si tratta del provvedimento approvato il 15 dicembre 2010 dalla Commissione Consultiva Permanente per la salute e Sicurezza Labor in art. 6 of Legislative Decree 81/08.

esed activities pursuant to art. Legislative Decree 249 of 81/08 must be:
a) short, non-continuous maintenance during which the work is carried out only on non-friable
b) removal without deterioration of non-degraded materials in which asbestos fibers are firmly linked in a matrix
c) incapuslamento and containment of materials containing Asbestos found in good condition
d) monitoring and control, and collection of samples to ascertain the presence of asbestos in a material.
The current measure of the Commission states that aittività esed are identified in the activities that are operated for a maximum of 60 hours per year, for no longer than 4 hours per single incident and not more than 2 interventions month and that they correspond to a maximum level of exposure to asbestos fibers is 10 f / L calculated over a reference period of 8 hours. The length of time is understood to include the cleaning of the site, the safety of waste and decontamination of the operator. Intervention must not be used directly more than 3 people simultaneously.
Annex 1 lists the activities of the Legal esed that can also be carried out by mechanics, plumbers, roofers, electricians, masons and workers who find themselves in a position to engage with materials containing asbestos.
These activities, as set out in paragraph 2 of art. 249, are exempt dall'pplicazione Article 250 (notification), paragraph 1 of art. 251 (prevention and protection), 259 (health monitoring), paragraph 1 of art. 260 (registration and medical records and risk). To download the
