The Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport, November 30, 2010, published in Official Gazette of 27 December 2010 for the amendment on the issue of driving licenses. The decree establishes the requirements for the issuance / renewal of driving licenses for people with visual impairment, diabetes mellitus and epilepsy.
The decree divided the criteria into two groups: licenses A, B, B + E, A1, B1 and licenses C, C + E, D, D + E, C1, C1 + E, D and D1, D1 + E.
Regarding epilepsy is established the obligation of reporting to the Office of Motor Vehicles of patients with epilepsy by government agencies or institutions for reasons of administrative social security, welfare or insurance have established the existence of this condition (for exemption of health expenditure, recognition of civil disability, forensic investigations, ecc.).
