Savona in the newspaper "The Letimbro" published in July was a nice and interesting article by journalist Elisa Di Padova on a subject well known to practitioners of justice: the large number of causes rooted in our country.
Since the article I mentioned - was the occasion a pleasant chat with Elisa - I could not fail to mention it to my time in this space, especially since the topic is more than present in the days when being discussed - or should do - the destiny of Justice in Italy. Beyond the irony - that is spontaneous, reading some of the issues that should occupy our judges - that permeates the whole article, given the background, taken by the journalist, is that maybe people today do not know or do not longer able to communicate and to solve their problems without the intervention of other entities, as the judge or lawyer. The conflict that emerges strongly from the high home ownership, or by recent cases of so-called "bullying" now end up daily in newspapers and in court.
But the "blame", it must be said, not all of the people, legal and consumer let me here a little gloss in the society of the call center, where the user can almost never have direct contact with your service provider and where incardinate often without an opinion you can not even get an answer, many times there is no choice: the case must be made for a few dollars or to assert rights "minor."
